Welfare & Training Officer
Appliance Traders Limited is seeking to recruit a Welfare and Training Officer based in Kingston.
The successful candidate will report to the Human Resource Administrator as well as the Group Training Officer.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining the ATL Staff Welfare Plan by developing, implementing and evaluating employee relations, polices, programmes and practices.
• BSc. in Management Studies/Human Resource Management or other related area
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively multitask
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Ability to plan and execute staff welfare events
Please note that ownership of a reliable motor vehicle is required.
